Who is responsible for the processing of your data?

 For what puporse do we treat your personal data?


The data may be treated (depending on the reason why they were provided by people interested in paper or online forms) for the following purposes:

  • To manage the accreditations of attendance to conferences and to inform about future events of similar character, on business, labor, professional and informative topics.
  • Advising, identifying and  evaluating a business idea and its viability.
  • Accompanying in the development of new businesses such as freelance activities or any other kind of enterprise. Constitution of companies as self-employment or mercantile.
  • Evaluating any application  submitted requesting a space for professional development (business incubator office, Co-working area) and related activities, such as an office  lease contract or a training day.
  • To process municipal aid for business development
  • Knowing the professional profile and work preferences that facilitate access to the  job market by means of the inscription in the service of employnment orientation (job exchange and training actions).
  • Intermediating in any action with companies demanding workers, aimed at  accomplishing their job insertion and subsequent follow-up.
  • To manage the applications for the participation in training, the development of the formative action and the sending of information on other formative actions that facilitate the access to the  job market.
  • Managing the development of competitions oriented to the promotion of the entrepreneurial spirit (as AulaEmpresa).
  • Managing and p preparing mobility activities (studies/practices/studies-practices) in the EU, within the framework of the Erasmus + programme.
  • Managing the payment or collection of services or supplies to suppliers and customers, as well as tax obligations.
  • Managing internal employment call (CV evaluation, interviews, job bank)
  • Managing payroll payment, employee training, human resources policies and Social Security obligations, tax agency and Mutuals.
  • Providing security measures for possible offences (thefts, vandalism acts,...), to the buildings in which Ildefe provides its services.
 

How long will we keep your data?

  • The personal data provided will be retained as long as no request for deletion by the person concerned, in the cases of:
    • Access to the job market, the improvement of insertion, dissemination and training.
    • Contractual relationships (clients/suppliers/Human resources) and at least during the years necessary to comply with the legal obligations.
  • In the case of competitions oriented to the promotion of entrepreneurial spirit, the personal data of the participants will be retained for a period of 2 years.
  • In the case of security cameras, recordings will be kept for a period of 15 days, except for the availability of public administrations, judges and tribunals.
 

What is the legitimation for the treatment of your data?

In the case of commercial, job or administrative contracts and the agreements, the legitimation is the fulfillment of the contract signed and the legal obligation that has ILDEFE, S. A with:
  • Any Spanish Tax agency
  • Spanish Social Security
  • City Council of León and dependents organizations
  • Junta de Castilla y León
  • Court of Auditors
  • European anti-Fraud Office
  • EU institutions and agencies
For the remainder of the treatment purposes, the legitimation for the treatment of its data is by the explicit consent of the person concerned and the answers to the questions raised in the data collection forms are voluntary; However, the refusal to provide the data could imply a greater or lesser degree of achievement of the desired results.
 

Which recipients will communicate their data?

The data will be communicated to the “Fundación Leonesa para el Desarrollo Económico, la Formación y el Empleo” (FULDEFE), which is the non-profit organization that, linked to Ildefe, focuses its activity in the field of occupational training and active employment policies.

In the management of mobility activities within the framework of the Erasmus+ programme, the personal data contained in the Agreements shall be processed in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 45/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the Protection of persons As regards the processing of personal data by EU institutions and agencies and the free circulation of such data.   This data shall be processed only for the purposes of the management and follow-up of the Convention by the sending institution, the National Agency and the European Commission, without prejudice to its possible transmission to the bodies responsible for the inspection and auditing tasks Pursuant to the Law of the Union (Court of Auditors or the European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF)).
 

What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

  • Anyone has the right to obtain confirmation about whether ILDEFE, S.A. is treating personal data that concerns him/her or not.
  • Any person concerned have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of the inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes that it was collected.
  • In certain circumstances, the interested parties may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case we will only keep them for the exercise or defense of claims.
  • In certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation, the interested parties may oppose the processing of their data. ILDEFE will cease to treat the data, except for legitimate compelling reasons, or the exercise or defense of possible claims.
  • The right to portability so that your personal data can be delivered to you or directly to an entity or company, provided that this is technically possible, due to the required format and provided that they are automated data.
  • If you have participated in an Erasmus+ mobility activity, you may, upon request in writing, access your personal data and rectify any erroneous or incomplete information.  Any questions related to the processing of your personal data must be sent to the shipping institution and/or the National Agency.  The participant may file a complaint against the processing of his/her personal data to the Spanish Data Protection Agency in connection with the use of his/her data by the Sending Organization or the National Agency, or the European Supervisor of protection of data in relation to the use of data by the European Commission.
